The main difference between steel-frame homes and wood-frame homes is the material being used. Our steel-frame homes allow for a more open floor plan with less load-bearing walls. This is great for ranch-style homes, or if you're wanting tons of open space in your future home. Our wood-frame homes reflect more traditional style houses which typically have less open space.
